Wolverhampton Rhinos Wheelchair Rugby League Team started of the new rugby league season win a win over Bury Jigsaw 28 - 4 and a loss to Mersey Vikings 16 - 18 at the weekend, the games were part of the wheelchair rugby league association national merit league.
RGK TCAT Rhinos will now play in the final round of the competition on the 26th September in Merseyside with a final four competition.
Alan Caron Rhinos Chairman said "The game of rugby league is one sport very close to my heart and to be able to have it the Rhinos programme and to give local people to play this great sport in the Midlands is fantastic."
Rhinos top score was Mark Fosbrook 5 points and 5 conversions, Scott Smith 1 try, Tom Docherty 1 try.
Rhinos were also enjoying success with Tom Docherty and Kamaldeep Singh being named in the England WRL team against France in Kent on Sunday 29th August.
