Champion Schools
The Carnegie Champion Schools Tournament which is open to every Secondary School in England, Wales and Scotland is the world's biggest Rugby League knockout competition and one of the greatest success stories for the sport.
The RFL in partnership with English Schools Rugby League re-launched the Champion Schools Tournament in 2002 and since then it has continued to grow each year.
The competition is open to both boys and girls teams at all age groups, Year 7 to Year 11. Starting with local based competitions, winners progress to sub-regional and regional stages before the leading Midlands team at each age group joins 32 other schools from around the country in the national draw.
Wembley Dream
The Boys Year 7 Final takes place every year at Wembley Stadium as the curtain raiser to the Challenge Cup, giving thousands of young hopefuls the opportunity to play on the hallowed turf each season.
