There are currently 15 clubs in the East & West Midlands, running 58 teams between them accross the Co-Operative Rugby League Conference and the Kukri Midlands Rugby League competitions.

Periodaclly clubs meet alongside the Match Officials Societies, League Management and RFL staff at Rugby League Steering Groups for both the East Midlands and West Midlands.

An annual Congress takes place for clubs, with the 2010 event taking place on Sunday 25th April.
