The origin concept is an idea taken from the Australian "State of Origin" and sees the East and West Midlands meet every year to do battle, the annual series is played at Under 13's, 14's, 15's and academy age groups.

Players are selected from Community Clubs and schools in the region and all games are played at the same venue on the same day. The origin series is an excellent opportunity for players to showcase their skills and compete against the best in the region.
