Reg Player Dev Centres

What are the Regional Player Development Centres (RPDCs)?

The RPDCs are part of the RFL's performance pathway to help raise coaching and playing standards nationally.

The RPDCs run from September to May on Saturday mornings in the East (Loughborough College & University) and West Midlands (Alan Higgs Centre Coventry), and have 108 young athletes and 18 coaches involved from across the two regions.

How can coaches get involved?

The RPDC's give experienced community game level 2 coaches the chance to develop and gain experience coaching in a performance environment.

In return to committing to a 30 week programme you will receive regular coaching feedback, access to coaching workshops and an opportunity to progress up the coaching ladder.
