The RPDC is a great way in which I am able to help develop the talent within the Midlands region.

Being from a Rugby League background back in Wakefield I always had these opportunities when I was a junior myself and it is now great for the game that opportunities are now becoming available throughout the country enabling the growth and development needed to keep improving

Coaching on the RPDC has been an enjoyable challenge as well as a worthwhile tool to improve my coaching, improve my knowledge and learn from a number of different coaches.

The RPDC has provided me an opportunity to coach at a higher level and coach in a progression rather than results based environment and is something I would recommend to any coach.

Coaching at the Midlands RPDC has allowed a unique opportunity to further develop my coaching skills, in both planning and delivery, with a large focus on core correction.
The necessary support and facilities have been made available to make this process as effective and successful as possible
