Welcome to PLAYTOUCHRUGBY.COM, where we are developing a new exciting Midlands wide sports project aimed at offering you, your friends and work colleagues a new way to get fit and have fun all year round.

Touch Rugby activity is running at local leisure centres in eight different areas of the Midlands with a heavy focus on mixed participation in a community environment.

There is a small fee for participation being between £1 & £2 per session and we are now seeking individuals and teams to get involved so please read on for more information on Touch Rugby near you.

Touch Rugby is simple to play and perfect for beginners, there are no scrums or contact, it's just a simple fast flowing game that you can enjoy as an alternative to going to the gym or taking a fitness class.

Touch is open to Males and Females as Individuals or teams. Players must be over the age of 14 years. All fitness and Skill levels are catered for. No previous experience is required.

The aim is to have fun and try a new sport. We also hope to create social events around our touch projects so there is opportunity to get to know everyone involved.
